Nikki, I'm going to share with you my secret pleasure: Cardioke!

It's a hoot! I am not a person that likes to do Jazzercise or Zumba type classes in public with a large group of people. But I get a kick out of doing this one at home. The guy who does it is the son of the guy who "invented" Tae-Bo. But add dance moves and some fun sing-a-long music, and before you know it, the hour has gone by. It's also divided up into sections (they all go together and one leads to another, but the brief break in editing gives you the perfect opportunity to just do a portion of it if you're low on time).

MFP rounds up the fraction. So if you are 60.4 it will say 60 but if you lose .1 more then you get to say 61 as the tickers don't show fractions.

If anyone is interested, I am doing 3 Challenges this week, and one Challenge for the month

#1 - Drink 64 oz (8 cups) of water EVERY day this week
#2 - Exercise at least 30 minutes EVERY day this week
#3 - Do at LEAST 30 minutes exercising with each dog this week, on top of the 30 minutes every day

And my month-long challenge started on Jan 14th - and it's to lose 10lbs by Valentines Day. If anyone would like to join that, just use your weight (if you know it) starting Jan 14th. So far I am down 2 pounds!

Okay cheesecake!

This is all Kerri's.

2 bricks cream cheese. My fractions came from light cream cheese, being low carb it didn't have to be light.
2 eggs
Sweetner of your choice. I used Ez sweets, multiple drops. Takes some fiddling think I'd want more next time. Could use splenda if you like it..
2 tbsps sour cream
Something for flavour. I added 6 sliced strawberries and that's really what the carbs are from in mine. Kerri and I found Davinci syrups. Haven't been to buy yet. I'd like to try those for flavouring.

Beat it all

I sprayed a 12 muffin tin, gloped the batter in, set the oven for 425-450
Cooked for 30 min. Next time I think I'd go for 45.

Means I can eat cheesecake for breakfast ;) or a snack..

Also down 11 pounds as of today..

Walked 2.07 miles with Harleigh. Was going to go around the block twice, but was with my mom and she didn't feel good... so we stopped after 1 lap. I then biked 2.32 miles when I got home.

Going to do my crunches, probably 500 tonight. As well as my squats/squat holds... going to start adding in more stuff soon. My mom ordered a Zumba DVD kit thing, so I'm super excited for that to get here :D

Oh yeah, I also got a glass Voss water bottle. It is so awesome!! Holds so much water, but I go through them so quickly :p

Went to a new Zumba place near us. It SUCKED. We've decided to start going back to our old place when scheduling allows, and then this place when we can't. Didn't enjoy it, but it's better than sitting at home doing nothing! Burned 640 calories, but only because I added a lot of our old Zumba moves to it.

Down another 1/2 pound! I exercised and ate the rest of my calories too late at night last night. Today will do better - busy busy today!

Man it's hard to believe I can eat like this.. and loose weight. Deep dish pizza. D@MN. Only downside is regular needed cooking time.

Yeah the cooking/prep time is what gets me too. fortunately a lot of stuff can be made ahead and then microwaved, or just eaten cold. Pre-cooked bacon is an AMAZING invention lol.

True that hun.. I've been trying for stuff I can eat cold for lunches - at school getting to the microwave, eating and getting to the next class is too hard. I've found cooking 2 slices of peameal bacon, putting one in a container, two tbsps on some sort of shredded cheese on top, placing the other slice on it as a sandwich is pretty tasty later while cold..

I now have 3 of the vacuum sealing costco mugs. I put heavy cream in all 3 for fat and filling not exactly meals..

The effort I put in is really for dinner items.. and I'm stuck on a handful of things I like so far..
