I haven't weighed in a while because I'm in the process of rearranging/cleaning my rooms, so the scale is not easily accessible.
I've also kind of slipped diet-wise for the past week because I've had so much going on. But I have been more careful than I used to be. Now a splurge is maybe some chicken nuggets or a small frozen yogurt instead of a whole fast food meal or a giant ice cream lol. But I have also been stuffing my face with cocoa almonds and 90% dark chocolate, thanks so Shark Week Part 2 which is STILL going on. Really, twice a month for a week and a half each is NOT fun. This better not be a new pattern! I have checked ketones a couple times this week and it's still been light pink on the strip, so I guess I'm not doing too terribly.
I figure I'll give myself the weekend and get back on track on Monday.
