We are having venison roast, garlic new potatoes, steamed baby carrots, creamed corn, homemade honey wheat bread (with the help of my dandy bread machine that I love) and a homemade marble fudge cake that is almost finished baking. My house smells yummy!

I had Kung Pao chicken, a Crazy Tuna Roll, California Roll and a Jade Roll. I'm stuffed.

Yesterday I made Cordon bleu and for dessert brownie with cream cheese.:D

I must admit this is not the healthiest dinner, but it is awesome!!

5 boneless chicken breast (or as many as you need)
1 pack baked ham (I like turkey hem)
1 pack of bacon
1 pack of Swiss cheese

Take chicken breast and tenderize until is flat. Season with a little bit of adobo and sazon for coloring and flavor. Put Swiss cheese and ham (ham on top of cheese) on the back of the chicken breast (rough looking side) role in chicken breast like a burrito. Take slices of bacon and role around the chicken to hold in place until chicken is covered. Do the same with the other 4 chicken breast. Put all 5 chicken on a pan and heat in microwave on high for 10 min and enjoy.

For brownie

1 box of brownie mix
1 bar of cream cheese
Vanilla
And sugar

Mix brownie as directed on box. Put bar of cream cheese on microwave for about 10 sec to make it soft. Mix sugar and vanilla to your taste. (I put 2 tea spoons of vanilla and 3 of sugar). Put butter on cake pan so that the cake won’t stick. Add half of brownie mix on pan, and cream cheese mix on top of that and finally the other half of the brownies mix. Put mix on oven as directed on box and enjoy.

hey guys i just got a late present from one of my friends and lo and behold it's a crockpot lol if any of you have easy *CHEAP* recipes for a crock pot please PM them to me!

and if any of you need one try this

one box of beef broth
stew meat <- 1 big back or two smaller ones
potatoes *enough to fill crock half way*
one yellow onion
celery
garlic
basil

peel and cut potatoes into cubes *smaller cooks faster but if leaving all day large are fine* and put in bottom. cut onion into forths and place in a layer over the meat. chop up a little garlic*how much depends on how much you like it* throw in. and throw in cut up celery *i use about3 of the stalks* dump in meat and pour broth *all of it over it* cook for 8-10 hours on low or 6-8 on high. put a couple tbsp of basil in about 30 min before eating

We're having mojo baked chicken and couscous tonight.

Last night we picked up barbeque... mmm... one of my favorites! I had pulled pork, a sweet potato, mac-n-cheese, and garlic bread :D

lol, my Vday dinner was a bowl of wedges with sweet chilli sauce and a can of redbull. Work sucked and I only had 15 minutes to sit and eat quickly in a 12 hour shift.

Tonight I'm really hanging out for something big though, I have to find a recipe for vegan shepherds pie, that with a big pile of steamed vegies and I'll be happy.
