Mmmmm....thanks Renee for making me want blackberry cobbler now. :p That's the best thing ever.

Although I do miss mah muscadines. I love eating those off the vine. There's just something about them.............

As for supper, since I feel like complete poop, I just threw together a quick loaf of Banana Nut bread (with walnuts) and we're having that and some scrambled eggs for supper. There's also leftover spaghetti sauce from last night, bu alas we are out of noodles.

We went out to our favorite local diner tonight. I had the broiled seafood sampler. Scallops, a piece of haddock and the most awesome crab cake I've ever had. Comes with the soup and salad bar, too. They had tomato crab bisque and chicken corn noodle tonight. I had the bisque. It was very good. Dribbled it on my finger pouring it into my soup cup, though. That burned

Oh! Last night, Justin made me a romantic dinner for no reason at all :D He made a pork loin roast with potatoes and carrots. And, holy cow, it was the best pork roast ever. It was so tender and juicy, it practically fell apart. That boy really know how to handle his meat ;)

I'm making a kind of cassarole tonight. Chicken breast, diced tomatoes, stuffing mix, and CHEESE. I also layered in some asparagus cause I wanted more veggies in there.

Turkey burgers ala Mrs. Q. Adds some fat free ricotta to the mix to give them some moisture.

Tonight we're just making raviolli with some sort of veggie on the side. Is it corn? Is it baked potato? I guess it's a mystery ;)

My mom is fiiiinally making chicken & dumplings. It's my absolute favorite meal... and it's the only time I go back for seconds and thirds. :)
