Grilled chicken and mashed taters tonight. Easy peasy.

Tonight is either burgers or hummus and pita.

It was 30 degrees outside this morning, so if it doesn't warm up we'll be doing hummus. It's too cold to grill outside

Today we did pork spareribs with mashed taters, green beans, and fried apples. Plus biscuits.

Pineapple upside down cake for dessert.

I'm craving chicken noodle soup right now, so this weekend I'll be getting the ingredients to make some of my own. I am just.. CRAVING it. Egg noodles and loads of extra chicken... sauteed celery and carrots in the soup.. *drools*

My husband cooked dinner. Grilled cheese sanwiches and tomato-mozzarella soup (canned tomato with Mozarella in it, I think). It was delicious. Because i din't have to make it and it was served to me in bed.

I had a block of mozerella cheese, some frozen meatballs, frozen homemade marinara sauce, and some poboy bread. Meatball subs it was.

Not dinner, but I found an extra pack of frozen blueberries that I had gone and picked last season, and I made some homemade blueberry muffins this morning. yummy
