I just checked and yes, W Five is a Canadian show. They still may do something on her though. I would check with them. You can probably get ahold of them by going here. http://www.ctv.ca/contactus . There is a lot of contact info and stuff there. Also you should try and submit the story into the CTV Whistleblowers. They might use that also. I just read this thread and am HORRIFIED that this woman isn't behind bars! Those poor sick puppies!

BTW, to the people who bought puppies from her, I suggest asking for tips on how to pick a good breeder on the Dog Breed or Breeding boards here if you aren't sure how to. A good breeder can be hard to find but is SO COMPLETELY WORTH IT! Unlike this evil lady, they CARE about their puppies, are careful to place them in good homes, and will be glad to offer you advice and help--not start ranting about how your vet is "lying" if your pup gets sick! Also, going to a good breeder maximizes the chance that you will get a healthy puppy because they test for common genetic problems before they breed.

I hope you guys sue the crap out of Tammy and that she gets a long jail sentence.

I contacted 48 hours and they apologized. Currently they cannot help. Their show is an hour long and this wouldn't take a hour to report. I did send an email to three other news investigators. I'll let you know if I hear anything.

However, "Tammy" replies to emails very promptly--I'm sure she also reads forums such as these. The last thing we need is for her to move and relocate under another pseudonym. I sense that coming.

The reason this thread is here is to let others know what she has been doing. One post here helped a lot of other people find out about her and a lot of people that got screwed by her realized that they were not the only ones. I am sorry you too, had a horrible experience with people and I hope you get some justice.

I just tried to get on Kritter's web site & it is not there anymore. Has anyone else tried today? I just looked yesterday & the pictures made me so sad to see the puppies behind the fence not able to get out. I thought I would never look again cuz it made me sick to my stomach. Now after reading a few comments from today, I thought I would see if it was there & it will not let me get on it. Did they block just me or is the site gone completely? I really do not care if she reads my stuff. She can't run that far too fast. She'll get what's coming to her & I hope Julie & her son do also & anyone else helping her. They are nothing but CROOKS!!!

I'm back and ready to help. I have been away on business for 3 weeks and I'm ready to jump into to this whole mess again! BAW I'm very sorry about what happened to you, I have read your posts, welcome to the club! Oh and Luanne, about the "internal scan" as someone in the medical profession I can assure you that means ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. There is no such thing as an "internal scan." And Tammy has no clue what she's talking about. In fact, the only way to diagnose a heart murmur is with a stethoscope. I can tell you more about it if you want to email me. Anyways, I'm not sure what lead we're on now as to who, to call, fax, send or harass, but let me know. I know Mary Ann Wehmueller has received my case and added it to the list.

Mary Ann W. also has my stuff. She sent me a letter asking for a few more things & said she has many, many of them from other people. Makes ya wonder how many other people have been ripped off & did nothing cuz they did not know what to do or where to turn. So Tammy may have met her match when she thought she could rip us off. also bought a puppy from Tammy. Although I was close enough to pick him up. We took him to the vet almost immediately to get the rest of his shots. The vet fully examined him, said he was healthy. But after reading these posts I realized (this might not be what you guys wanna hear) but my puppy has been having diarrhea and I've found a few vomit places. I am not completely sure if it's from my puppy for my two kittens. We've had him now for about 3-4 weeks. What sort of stuff could these puppies have, and what are some signs to look out for, and he's got another vet appointment for another shot in 2 weeks.. Is there anything I should tell them do look for that they wouldn't be able to tell from a regular exam? Sorry if this doesn't make sense, I'm terrified now after reading all of this stuff from where I adopted him at/and sleepy . Also, the date that he was born was marked as 4/26/06, but they said he was only 7 weeks when we got him? How is that possible, so I called them the next week and they said he was 8 weeks on that saturday, is there a way the vet can tell the approximate age of the puppy? But overall he seems fine, maybe I was a lucky one, and he isn't sick at all. I'm just scared now after reading all of this stuff about these puppies dying.. Please reply soon. parvo has a distinct odor that you would know instantly, it usually starts with a mucusy stool that begins to spot blood and then the blood increases. They can vomit blood as well. This happens rapidly.
As to the respitory infections i am not as experienced in so i can only say to monitor closely. Hope your puppy is ok and your kittens too.

New NEWS

The latest news is 2 of us have gotten refunds!!! And one of us has gotten a healthy puppy from Tammy!! Another one of us bought a puppy on her own. I guess Tammy finally decided we meant business & knew she needed to settle a few things. She is still selling puppies on various sites, so she is not shut down yet. Haven't heard of any new complaints but I still feel so badly for those pups that are left there. They need to be rescued & need to go to good homes. I wish I could take another but I do not want to risk giving my "little Jette" Parvo. Tammy will still not admit to selling Luanne & I the same puppy but we know she did & that is all that matters. One of these days when we all have healthy puppies & get settled with our refunds, it'd be great to have a reunion so us ladies can meet face to face while our healthy puppies play!!! So far we have a Jette, Fenway, Sammy & the newest memebr of our group, Yogi!! Hopefully we'll be getting a few new furry members added to our group & put this nightmare behind us.

Well, I took my little Dakota to the vet a few days ago. They retested him for parvo, etc. And they all came back negative, and they said he's very healthy. But yes, something more needs to be done, get them to shut her down. But yay for you getting a refund/new puppy

Annette... hope you've filed a complaint against her with the Better Business Bureau. Enough complaints made, her insurance company will reconsider renewing policy. No insurance, no renewal of license. No license, out of business. Wrether she's a hobby breeder or commercially licensed, she needs a license to own 10 adult dogs or more. (Anything under 6 months does not count in license application.) And is is not legal to operate a "for profit" breeding business or kennel without liability insurance. It will be easier to have these things trip her up than the mishandling of the dogs, or improper care. Hope that helps a little.
