Well, do any of you guys have proof that he DIDNT do it?

Personally, i dont think he is inocent. hello, Anybody that hangs there baby out over a side of a building, is obviously unstable, if he ment any harm or not.It was a very dangerous situation for him to put the baby in. Im sorry if i personally do not want to believe everything that come out of an unstable persons mouth..

Im not happy that hes dead. but quite frankly i dont really care, it doesnt effect my life in any way. i didnt know the man. Im sorry for his friends and family, but thats about it. if that makes me a monster than so be it. I dunno if he was guilty or innocent. It is something that we will never know. but perosnally i think he is guilty, just as you think he is inocent. And i dont have an ounce of saddness because of his death..Maybe part of it is i beleive he was guilty. i dunno.

Obviously if people do not have the same opinion as the majority they are open for attack here for it? Either way I stated my opinion. Which I am entitled to. And being jabbed at will not change it. I will leave this thread now since I said what I wanted to say about his passing.

I thought people were innocent until proven guilty :D

Bottom line, we can't know, I just think it's not very credible considering so many kids denied that he did anything and Jordan's parents admitted they were doing it for the money.

I'm from the older set, and yes, I am completely devastated. It reminds me of Elvis and when he died. People mourned him forever, and I looked at him like a perverted, drug addicted thief~! Elvis meant **** to me...his image, his success was based on racist practices of that era in the music industry. At that young age, I could not understand why people mourned his death the way they did.

And now we have Michael Jackson--an untimely death. How many here are old enough to remember the television debut? What a sad and troubled life he led, and yet, he came out on top, as the king of pop!

There hasn't been anyone like Elvis, until MJ, on a world scale, I don't think we have anyone else to really compare that to in our current generation(s). It's sad. Losing him is a SHOCK to many.

His life was hell, and he may or may not have done things that brought attention, criminal even. That is unforgivable and yet Thomas Jefferson did lots of things and he still remains a hero. I won't and refuse to think of his troubled side of life during this time. MJ was an icon from the past...if you didn't grow up during that time, I question your basis of feeling and what pressures you to feel that way. I tire from the detractors.

Humans fail, everyday. This isn't something new. Even with his failures, this is still a monumental loss...one that ranks up there with Elvis and Lady Di. This WILL be in the media spotlight for days and days and days....as it should be.

The truth is there is no proof in either direction. It is in my personal character to show compassion and kindness before hatred. Maybe I'm just a sucker or a bleeding heart, but until its proven or at least there is more strong evidence, I'm not going to assume. What a sad life it would be to automatically judge, label, and **** others to Hell before any real truth is known about a matter.

And I WAS once the victim of molestation. I know what it is like. I know the pain involved. I've lived through it.

I'd simply rather err on the side of caution than to **** someone to Hell for something they may or may have not have done. He's stood his trial. And now that he's passed, It is God who knows and will judge him.

I for one always have loved Michael Jackson.... he was a victim of parents who just wanted to make money off of him and that kind of fame at such a young age ruined himunfortunately. I don't really believe all the pedophile allegations... in his later years I think he just became too child like to actually have done it. He reverted back to childhood in an alarming way. So I really don't believe it really happened. I honestly feel bad for him. HIs parents did this to him.... I will always adore him.

yes there have been uncomfirmed reports that he has already died but there is no confirmed updates. :( but it does not look good at all.
See this is how I have always felt, that he was messed up large and just wanted to BE a kid... I was never convinced that he was a true pedophile... I would not have taken a chance with my kids, but think he was a truly messed up person...

I did adore him as a kid though, and has a "Thriller" jacket...

That's me in the MJ Jacket..

Wow, so sudden and tragic :( RIP

Though he might not be my favorite person, he was such an icon in the music world and I have to respect him for his talent, I can't deny the fact he knew how to sing and dance. Kind of hard to believe he is gone.

Babymomma you're probably too young ;) A lot of us grew up with Michael Jackson.

Now I feel old, lol.

But yeah he was unstable, no doubt there. Very immature. I think that's the immaturity that made the guy that did the psychological evaluation on him say that it's very unlikely that he would molest a child.

I don't know if he did it. Only a couple people really do. I don't think it's cool to badmouth him after he's dead. Especially without concrete proof. I also don't think it's cool to mock people for having a differing opinion. I was never a huge huge fan. I always felt he was odd even during his 'normal' phase lol. But I do enjoy his music and feel he died too young. Personally, I'd like to see that kid admit it was all a scam and I wish MJ could see it too. Won't happen. But it would be nice.

Unstable does not mean molester... Just saying... There is no doubt he was unstable...

ETA: I am glad others feel the same, I posted quoting sparks before I read the thread... I have always maintained that this is how I feel, even though it's not always the popular opinion..

I feel his life was a tragedy, he needed help....

I am sad, I really liked his music. And while I think he was unstable, I don't think he was a really bad person.

I really doubted his molestation accusations from the beginning . He loved children and to cuddle them . To me he was a soft hearted lost soul .

In the words of Scroobius Pip:

"Thou shalt not assume that any male over the age of 30 that plays with a child that is not their own is a pedophile - some people are just nice."

his life was a tragedy,
That would be a fitting epitaph.

I did grow up hearing him, but never liked his music and recognized his choreographer, Michael Peters, for the real talent behind the dancing.

May he find the joy that eluded him here in the next life.
