Getting your legal advice from a cop is only marginally better than getting it from your cell mate. They may not mean to mislead you, but that's what it is.

lol! I think the cellmate would have a much better idea about the law then the police. I've asked too many basic questions and got some stammering back to really trust their knowledge of the law.

Credit cards don't needa PIN at least in the states.. You swipe it and hit ok on the amount!
I believe that all depends on the type of cc you have. We don't use pins way up here that I know of but I do see advertisements for cards with pins all the time. And those ads are from American channels.

In other words . . . Gear down big rig. No need to be rude. Everyone else seems to have contrtibuted some very interesting information and insights over the last 6 pages whilst being perfectly respectful.
