Inconsistencies? I'm concerned about people on this forums inability to read proper English.
Really? We're going for this then? Ok.
First off I apologize for how this is formatted I have no idea how to do this many quotes without it being kind of confusing.
The tarp is now securely on. My friend fixed it up before putting the dogs in
That's cool. Except you had said this earlier:
I'm worried Serenity might try and jump the kennel as she is a jumper.. There is a tarp over the kennel but I don't know how securely it's held down.
I'm mainly scared for Serenity. She hasn't had any exercise so I worry she may try and jump.
Is the tarp on or off. If they put it on and secured it when they put the dogs in you shouldn't have been that worried about it.

Then we get all these:
My friend was there looking after them day and night (till this happened).
Also, let me clear up who was looking after her, it was a very trusted friend. My smart brother is now looking after them since mum didn't want my friend at the house, just in case. My friend was at the house the whole time so if anything happened to Serenity, my friend was there to help her out.
She was inside the house 24/7 (unless she was doing something with the dogs) though because she doesn't work so if anything would have happened, the dogs would have been fine.
So a friend was there but your mom didn't want her in the house so your responsible brother took over.
But later AFTER that was said you say
My friend was home the WHOLE time, the WHOLE time, she doesn't work. My dog was not left unsupervised.
Was your friend there the whole time? According to the earlier posts she wasn't and it ended up being your brother checking in to feed and water the dogs. But this last post from you states she was there at the home THE WHOLE TIME. THE WHOLE TIME. If your friend wasn't there after your mom asked her to leave THEY WERE UNSUPERVISED.

I have tried contacting my friends and nether can take them.
These friends can't take them. What about the friend that was there THE WHOLE TIME. You trusted her to watch them but now you don't trust her to take them to be boarded for one night? Even though multiple people have said that boarding places, and I'm sure vets offices, are use to aggressive dogs? If you explained your dogs were in a potentially deadly situation I don't see either of these places, especially a vet, saying no to one night.

Mum doesn't believe anything will be happening now, I'm confused and stressed about the whole situation.
If you are that unsure about it you should have used whatever you are online with posting here and looking up vets and boarding facilities in that area and finding a place for your dogs to go for one night. Your friends and family can't take them but if your dogs are comfortable with them like you say they are they should be fine enough to drive them to a vet/boarders place one way.
I feel for these dogs and I hope nothing happens to them but with this attitude and the obvious 'I'm in the right and was responsible' and 'You guys are dog nazis'. I think it's more a matter of when something else happens to these dogs not if.
Like I said earlier I'm sorry if I'm coming off as bullying or harsh and I'm willing to take my time out if mods thing I'm being to 'mean'. But I take breaks from here every once in a while and every time I come back I see horrible situations where dog owners who come on here looking for 'sympathy' and 'vibes' end up just throwing advice out the window and the dog suffers. Search Binn and Reggin and read up, what you can find any way. So I'm sorry if all of these inconsistencies set off red flags in my mind but this is a giant deja vu moment for me.
