I have decided this week that I am going to cut back on smoking (during the week). I was on about 3 or 4 a day which isn't loads, but is 3 or 4 too many!!!
And while I am at it, I have decided to lose my xmas excess!!!!
Not really counting calories or weighing myself though, just going to try NOT to eat crap. Not really into diets, just need to adjust my habits. I am not FAT, just seem to be more cuddly than I was before xmas LOL!!!
Think I am going to write down what I eat for the next week.
