I just got an elliptical machine off ebay so I'm going to try to drop about 5-10 pounds in the next 2-3 months. I'm not much on dieting and neither is Justin so I'm hoping just getting off our lazy butts every day to exercise will do something.

I want one of those so bad to put in the living room. I just got a membership to the woman's gym down the street from me. I'm pumped up and ready to go

I need to get outside and workout but its so damm cold. hahaha
I am at my mom's til the Saturday following Thanksgiving and they have no kind of working out things except to go outside and jog and its bloody cold.

Ugh.........the treadmill gets so BORING! It's so cold and snowy here that that has been our sole source of exercise lately and it STINKS to be looking at the wall, LOL

I am pleased to report that I'm starting to slim down more. I don't know what my current weight is at and I'm not checking at this point. I'm trying to focus more on my inches rather than poundage....

Way to go Amber!

I shall report in as well.
I am cutting my food portions down, I am exercising (dance, walking/jogging, mini trampoline) 3-5 times a week for at least an hour a day. Most of my exercise is conditioning for my knee and my shoulders (doctor orders. blah).

I wish we had a gym near here... and I wish I had a car so I could go to the one 20-30 minutes away. Grrrrr.

I ride my bike everyday to school now! I haven't weighed myself in a week or two, but last time I checked I lost 25 pounds! I have about 90 more to lose sadly. I am doing good too! I wish you guys lived closer, we could be weight loss buddies! :)

Bikes are actually pretty cheap! The bike I am using now was my moms that she never used lol, we've had it about 10 years. (its a Huffy, and its pink! lol I love it)!

But you can get a bike for 60 bucks at Walmart! :)

My bike cost way too much, I love it though. I feel like a nerd because by now I really should have my licence but seeing as I only live 200metres away its great for that. I actually live so close I should be walking, cept I don't liek the idea of walking home at 10pm or 2am.

I lost 12 pounds this last few weeks unintentionally. I actually would rather be a little heavier because when I'm thinner I am so paranoid about putting weight back on yet when I'm chubbier I am not paranoid about loosing weight.

Ugh.

I have decided this week that I am going to cut back on smoking (during the week). I was on about 3 or 4 a day which isn't loads, but is 3 or 4 too many!!!

And while I am at it, I have decided to lose my xmas excess!!!!

Not really counting calories or weighing myself though, just going to try NOT to eat crap. Not really into diets, just need to adjust my habits. I am not FAT, just seem to be more cuddly than I was before xmas LOL!!!

Think I am going to write down what I eat for the next week.

Dizzy I smoke 1 maybe 2 a day.
But.. in a weird way... smoking is my new workout motivator.
I have lost 2 pounds this week, from cutting out junk food, eating smaller portions, and eating healthier (which is a big issue for me cause i love my junk food).

I feel better and I have more energy already. :D

I just joined Free Diet Plans at SparkPeople to help me keep track of my fitness and diet stuff. I'm not even trying to lose weight anymore, just want to get in better shape. This website's neat if any of you are interested... maybe we could start a Chazhound SparkTeam lol. I'm making something off their list of recipes for dinner tonight... Roasted Corn Tilapia. It sounds really easy and I happen to have all the ingredients.

ETA: It's free. And I don't know how that text "free diet plans at sparkpeople" got added in there because I didn't put it, I just typed the website. Weird.
