Time I got back into this, I lost about 18kg since the start of the year, moved up north and ended up living off takeaway because I was pretty much homeless for 3 months. good times but I put on about 4kg. I'm 62kg as of yesterday, would like to loose 10-14 more but it really depends on when I get to that stage where I feel/look healthy.

Problem is I'm living with my dad atm and I do think he's the route of most of my food issues, when I was young every good thing was celebrated with food, every outing included a trip to a different lollie shop, food was used to cheer me up, stop me being bored etc etc and its huge problem for me now. Atm my problem is binging so badly, been better since I've had more to fill in my day though.

Buster's turned into a skitz since I got him back so we're doing an hour-hour and a half walk first thing in the morning and then again in the evening.

Breakfast is sustain with soymilk or fried/poached egg on multgrain toast. (LOVING that dad has pet chickens)
Lunch is an ommelette or some soup or some leftovers out of the fridge.
Dinner is always something homecooked and pretty healthy.

I just need more self control, dad always has good junk food in the house.

I reckon 2 - 3 hours of brisk walking is enough atm, if I can cut down my food it should come off pretty fast again.

Well, she "brought it" tonight. I'm proud of her and told her so.

My boyfriend and I started P90X on Sunday (so only 2 days into it). I feel more energized already! I'm doing the lean version, core syn was on Sunday, and did CardioX last night. My boyfriend was like, "53 minutes, I can't do that!" But it went by really fast and was actually fun. Looking forward to arms/shoulders & ab ripper tonight.

Looks like you're a day behind me on the cycle. We're doing lean also, but our day one (core) was Saturday. Did arms/shoulders last night. It's a tough workout. Eat enough food so you have fuel in those muscles! We're in our week 3 so I'm really looking forward to the "rest" week next week.

Looks like I'm going to be joining this thread as soon as my doc okays exercise. I was 198 at the end of my pregnancy, and today I'm only 161. I was expecting to lose a lot more than that initially... so I have 40 lbs to lose. *sigh* I've never been this big in my life, and I'm not looking forward to trying ot lose it.

Sooo, I am 5'7" and 155 pounds. I'm not horribly overweight or anything, I would just like to be in shape. Right now my goal is 15 pounds, if I get to 20, the YAY me!

Problem is I don't have any goals. I want animals but my family won't let me, and I just don't like music much. Main thing is I spend too much time on the computer, which is totally Chaz's fault...tisk tisk chaz.

Here is another problem, my dog gets way too tired running, half a mile is too much, so I have to run, then come back and get her. Now that I think about it though, maybe that is a good thing, I can get more exercise in.

I just started doing a little bit of P90X here and there. :)

So far I've only done the cardio, ab ripper and x stretch. I'm not following the P90X schedule. Not yet anyway. That'd be too much to start out all at once with since I'm so far out of shape. I did the ab ripper last Saturday, and I think I'm going to do it tomorrow, and continue doing it mid week every week with the cardio. I've yet to do any of the legs/back/arm workouts. SO sore though.

It's an excellent program. If you fear you are too out of shape, don't worry about it. You don't have to do all the reps at once. You'll improve with each week. The biggest thing is having the right weights or resistance bands available for when you workout.

Personally, I dropped from 42 pants to 36 pants in the 3 months I was on it. Great results. I've fallen off the wagon since and am back in my 38's, but I am slowly getting back into the swing.

Good luck.
