Poor Saje, that sounds like a horrible time you had in there. I am glad you had such a great reward for the effort! I hope the healing is fast. Congratulations to you both!

Holy Supermodel baby! She is gorgeous! She does look like she's wearing lipstick and blush :lol-sign: and no boring white flannel for her no siree! a lovely fluffy yellow one :D LOVE IT!

I'm sorry you had to have a c-section but it sounds like it was very much for the best and things turned out well in the end. I'm sure you're sore. I'm pretty dang sore and I only have 4 weeny stitches:yikes: Today I look like Dolly Parton in kind of a scary way. It would be funny if it wasn't so sore!

Griffin is glad he locked in his boyfriend status before the pics hit the net! :D

What a lot I missed over the past couple days, being gone. She is just beautiful!!! I know what you did. You put lip stick on her, didn't you. LOL. Such an angel. I'm so glad you're all right, but can imagine how sore you must be. You rest up and when you're feeling well, we'll be nagging at you for more pictures. Big huge congratulations to you all! Well done!

Oh, gosh, Shara. She's sooo adorable. What a beautiful baby. :) I love that first one you just posted where she's holding your finger. :) Look at her tiny little hands!

She is way too cute! And SOME babies are just not that cute right away so you're lucky :) Glad everything went OK...does the thought of having another baby make you cringe?

She is pretty cute. The public health nurse just left (in Canada they come out and weigh the baby and check everything and see how you are doing... if you need any help...) She said Fiona has gained 4 ounces since we were discharged and that's really good. She also said that she is really strong and healthy. Nothing wrong with her at all and she checked her everywhere! Checked her eyes, her hips... she's also the lactation consultant and she's happy with how we are doing breastfeeding. She gave me a few more pointers and said that Fiona has a good latch. Then she took the staples out of my tummy and put these strips on that are supposed to fall off in a week. Apparently I'm not supposed to lift anything heavier than the baby. Not even the baby in the car seat. :eek: oops. Guess I get to be spoiled a bit longer :p

Great news !! That gain is great ! You're so lucky to have help ....I had no one but my Mom, who worried more than I did !
