Who is Dad? What's the pedigree?

He's a local dog - a sable smooth. A total outcross from my stuff - Natural and Storm/Lisara on his father's side, and Natural/Storm and Karavel (a Florida line) on the mother's side. It will be a nice blend with Smidgen's drive - should tone things down a little.

It's official - Smidgen is pregnant, expecting mid-January.

And since I'm not well known here, I will go ahead and cover the questions that might pop up: This was a planned breeding and her second litter. The bitch is health tested and titled in both conformation and performance. The sire is also health tested and titled in conformation and performance events. Hopefully that covers it ...

The pics were great - I can hardly wait to see the ones from her litter when she has them. Smidgen is adorable. I love Collies. They're such beautiful, beautiful dogs.
