Hey great thanks! I'll try that next time we practice. I'll have to check the rules. I know they differ from AKC to UKC. We don't have any UKC here that I know of so I do AKC, which is fine by me because I love the AKC's environment. Thanks again!

yes but with a newfound fear for who is supposed to be their guardian and companion. I do not like alpha rolls at all. When I got my first dog I new nothing about positive training and used this technique. While my dog doesn't seem to hate me for life I firmly believe that she is more timid...

Well when I look at his head it screams lab to me with the exception of his stop which looks more pronounced then that of the average lab. That makes me think Rottie. Also rottie because of the shape of his head that you can see in the front head picture. He's a cutie no matter what he is though!

Sounds like your dog gets enough exercise! My dogs are probably jealous now lol! I just guestimate. If I worked with the dog and he got a lot of treats then I cut back a bit on his food. Maybe only feeding him half of what he normally gets. As for competitions, I don't compete in agility...
