Inspired by the other thread going on about our favorite movies (here), I thought it would be fun to mention our least favorite movies....you know the ones....they make you change the cannel the second you hear mention of the title. They drive you out of the room when your spouse/sig. other puts them on the vcr/dvd player. Yes, the ones you may have seen and regretted the loss of that time out of your life that you spent watching it.
Soooooo.........lets hear what your most loathed movies are and WHY they have truely stuck out as painful moments in your life (keep it humorous!!!) - and no trashing other peoples picks!
Here's my list of the worst (that sprang to mind quickly):
1) Dirty Dancing....a chick-flick tried and true with little to draw a male audience. Just the title is enough to drive me from the room.
2) Alexander. This is 3 hours of my life I will never get back. Something is VERY wrong with a movie when you're half-way through an epic battle and think - 'is this ever going to end?'. I won't even touch on the love scenes in this movie either.
3) Cliff-hanger or whatever that Sylvester Stallone movie was. You know it's bad when Jim Carey in Ace Ventura does a better job of the opening sequence with the racoon. Fortunately, I've managed to block the memories of that 1.5 or so hours I wasted.
