I live on an acre and I never clean up after the dog. There is a patch of weeds/long grass that he craps in if he's lazy, or he goes in the brush.

As far as I'm concerned it's your land and you don't have an obligation to clean it for him.

Watch your dog. If he comes back to bitch don't even let him get started just tell him to get the **** off your land. And if he doesn't, and you don't want to hit him, call the cops.

Call the police and file a report you don't want to take any chances. I would go with the police to the guys house to let him know how serious you are. They have plenty of nut jobs out there and this nut sound serious. Nip in in the bud now before it escalates!
