Do you do any of the property records research? That's primarily what I do now, although I avoid straight title work like the plague and try to stick to untangling estates and boundary disputes and hunting lost and/or hidden properties (especially in divorces - )

I don't do title work, although I do run up titles from past clients when they come back to refinance ( I just run up from the last date). We contract out our title searches for the most part. I take care of dealing with the Realtors, Adjustments, Bank docs Mortgage and credit card payoffs, etc. I think I'd like the title searching better lol
