As soon as possible.

This means:
(a) not living where I live now
(b) being financially stable
(3) finding a dog that Frodo and I can agree on :p

I'm currently jonesing for a border collie. or potentially another corgi. or a bedlington if I can find the right breeder. or an adult shelter muttly (most likely).

not until I move. I currently have two. Once I move, I can get a third dog.

Regarding breeds? I want it to be a SNOWY BREED! haha I have Crystal who is also a maltese, but I want a dog who is more of a Snowy - high driven, brave, active, intense and VERY interractive; perfect athlete I've ever seen. I did quite a lot of research on different breeds. I would want the small package due to life style - i tend to travel, so a small one is easier for moving. I had maltese, pap and yorkies in my final list. Then it was maltese vs. Pap ---- until I met a pap for the very first time in person (about 5 months ago), and realized that each dog is unique regardless of breed. Among the two toy breeds that I had in my list (Pap vs. maltese), I thought to stick to the maltese. The pap whom I met in person and got the chance to interract with was a sweetheart. She was so much like Crystal - not the go go go type that I love in my Snowy. So, I decided back on an awesome maltese breeder - a good one with some maltese dogs who are known to be so active - to help me get a Snowy breed (personality wise) :D

You should definitely try to meet more paps imo. ;) There's some real firecrackers in papillons if that's what you want. I'd try to hit up some agility trials or something of the sort.

Well we have 7 little fur babies on the ground from our champion female and at least one or 2 of them are staying depending on how they turn out and then if things work out we will be adding a new addition in the fall/winter as well.

New addition will be a corso as well :D
