Now how did you do that one :p
I had no control/blame on THAT one, I found out the REAL reason that I didn't like my old auto teacher. He didn't watch his students that closely and they did a majorly bad thing with the wiring next to the back seat. Now this new Grand Prix has only had two engine fires both of which where my *Ahem* fault. First was not putting a fuse in a newly ran wire, second what putting in a hydrogen generator half way just to test it. Not good. Still runs great, I even put a turbo charger on it.. Sounds great.

Um...if you take the seats out I know you can fit one Large Vari-kennel in with room for Sawyer and Virgo to hang out in the rest of the cargo area. Maybe you could get two in there? I haven't tried. By "fold down" they sort of fold forward...rumble seat style...they don't lay flat, but are very easy to remove and replace as needed. Although...the 2007's were redesigned to be a little bit bigger, so maybe? I think it would awesome to see someone pull up to a dealer ship with two Dobe crates going "ok, let me give this a look-see here..."

I know if they were just riding loose you'd have more than enough room. But for crates, you might want to look at the Highlander first, or maybe the 4Runner. The Highlander came out in 2001 and is still sort of spendy, while the 4Runner has been out for awhile and you can find earlier models.

I've honestly thought about a Highlander - especially since they have a hybrid version!

Here's what I was thinking for the Rav4. Wire crate in the back, one that has a door on the side. The crate in the "middle" would either be a normal wire crate, a vari-kennel, or a soft crate. The back crate would "load" from the hatchback, and the "front" crate would load through a rear door.... here's a Paint diagram of what I'm imagining...

Hybrids arent even as good as a placebo. Besides Toyota passes on the high cost of the hybrids onto its gas engine buyers.

Cars? Driving? Well, I absolutely do NOT drive. Call me weird but I have a huge fear of driving, so I keep the driving to my fiance. I am 21 years old and have yet to get a drivers license. I tried driving a 2005 nissan sentra... nice car, but too big... I about wrecked it. Tried driving my moms 2004 mustang GT before she totaled it... too much power. I gave up on learning, lol.

My fiance and I had a 1985 nissan datson truck. Looked like sh!t, but the thing can run FOREVER.

Just yesterday we bought a Kia Sephia. Very happy with it. I was amazed at how well it can get up and take off. Its smaller, so maybe I will try and learn to drive for once. Madison's car seat fits perfectly in it... a problem we had with my moms 1995 pontiac sunfire.

My mom got a sunfire after she wrecked her mustang. Gawd I hate the thing. So small inside. Doesn't take off very well. And the car seat is a bitch to get in and out.

I want a lexus, BEAUTIFUL cars. I also want an el camino. Would be perfect for taking Reggin for rides.

I have two cars, both American. One is an ancient Eagle Talon, which I still have because I refused to trade in a car that runs very well (if looks like crap and smells funny) for $500. When my fiance gets over his fear of driving and gets a lscence again, he'll take her.

My new car is a Windveil Blue V6 Mustang.

This isn't my car, but it looks like this . .except I have the fancy hubcaps!

Mazda is mostly owned by Ford and the Mazda 6 is manufactured in Detroit, MI.

I drive a 2005 Subaru Legacy 2.5GT.
If it has the 6 speed I'm coming to steal it. :D

I drive a VW like Caitlin already said, and I'd definitely look at another VAG car. I really really want a B5 S4, but I probably won't be getting another car soon.

German cars are my favorite but I like Japanese and don't mind American. My biggest problem with American cars is the lack of manual transmissions. In terms of quality, though, I'd say American cars are right up there.

(Yes I know that most cars from "American" nameplates aren't built in the US and a lot of "Import" makes are, but for the sake of discussion I just stick to the origin of the brand.)

My winter car is a 05 ford explorer-the extra suck down the gas version:p

I kept my ford zx2 because I have beaten 140,000 miles into that car in eight years and it has not given me one problem. We use it for the bf to drive his hour and a half long journey to work now. It was my first manual and I can't part with her!

The only Nissan we have now is a 05(I think!) spec v that is currently being garaged because the backs been torn apart to get a new fiberglass something since the end of November. I'm honestly still not used to the 6 speed though. Its what I'll be driving in the summer though so I'll adjust!

And one torn all to hell accord that is supposed to get fixed up to play with but honestly its been sitting there so long who knows when it will get done.

I have been looking at 350 zs. I know I want one but then again I also would like a mustang(or two) and I'm kinda torn. I also fell in love with the speed 6 before I bought the explorer so I'm kinda dreading looking for another car. I thought about just getting a couple cheap ones like some older hondas(I've always wanted a prelude) but who knows. I have also fallen completely in love with a couple bmws and audis too though.

I don't like anything chevy/gm/toyota and honestly am sick of looking at the inside of hondas:p My moms toyota sucks-the arm rest just kinda flops and I think it looks cheap. There reliability along with GMs is falling again. Every chevy we have ever dealt with has some electrical issue. We know a bunch of people who fix cars that have been basically junked and one gets new dodges in all the time that have had fires so thats scared me off of them forever.

My dad works at ford, actually almost all of my family works at ford. And the plants are always in fear of closing now. I think the honda plant here is doing much much better.

My 2000 Camaro Z28 (w/ a few extras ;) ). It's for sale though due to baby #2 being on the way. I can't believe I'm selling him, but it's time to grow up.

My Mommy-mobile....2007 Dodge Magnum R/T. I had a 2003 Tahoe, but as I'm only 5 ft. tall, I kept fall out of it-literally-while trying to get my son in & out. One fall later plus pinched nerves in my back plus a baby in my arms when it happened equaled a trade-in that very same day.

I also owned a 2004 Chevy Z71 that I sold to buy a Dodge 2500 Big Horn edition diesel....but a financial crisis (when hubby lost job) forced me to sell it. Thankfully, my dad bought it from me for almost all of what I paid for it. Heck, the horses need it!

The Z71:

And my husband's cousin details cars for this guy from Honduras as a side job (not just that the money's great, but this guy let's him drive his cars!.....also, the guy owns hotels, he's not into illegal things ;) ).

So when Denis brought this car over, I had the chance to drive it! I'm not a Ford person at all, but boy did this car haul bootay!

But after driving it, I made him park it in the street in case something happened to it in my driveway. The **** thing cost more than my house!

I didn't read the rest of the thread because I'm lazy.

I drive a Honda Element.

I LOVE IT! I've never owned a Honda before this one, but it's now on my list of faves (I've owned Fords, Jeeps, and Saturns . . . never buy a Saturn).

My favorite over all is Jeep, you just need a lot of money to purchase one and a lot of money to keep it on the road.

I have a '94 Jeep Grand Cherokee. We have a love hate relationship. I'm going to be getting a new(er) Jeep soon. I WAS going to get a car, but I'm stuck on Jeeps, all that space AND 4 wheel drive.

I don't drive right now, but hubby usually drives my little 2005 Kia Rio, the first car I ever bought on my own! Now I just get to look at it and ride in it, lol. But when I used to drive it, poor thing goes 0-60 in about 5 minutes, but its got some great gas mileage (about 38mpg if its had an oil change when its supposed to) and surprising does amazing in the snow! After the big blizzard last year we had, I was driving past 4 wheel drive trucks and SUVs without any problems while they were stuck.

Hubby also has a GMC Sierra 1500, but it is dead in the garage at the moment and we need to get new tags on it. Poor neglected truck.... :) It's getting sold in a few years though when we move to DC.

I drive a 2002 Chevy Silverado 1500. Hate it. Great for the three days a year I'm pulling a horse trailer, but the rest of the time can't stand it.

I've owned one Jeep and two Chevys. No plans to go back to either. I'm hoping to sell the truck this summer, and will get either a Honda CRV or a Toyota Rav4.

I have a 2000 Honda CRV. I love it. Good in snow, decent gas mileage. And she has 180,000+ miles on it. Right now though she needs some work done so I'm not driving her to work (40 miles away). Instead I'm driving Justin's 2007 Acura TL type S which is amazing but which we're so trading in for a cheaper car because we're buying a house. We shouldn't have bought that car.
