Okay, actually, my name is Lauren but the first forum I was on there were several Laurens and I didn't want to be confused with other people. I opened up the appendix of Return of the King and there it was. Close enough to my real name, but more unique so as not to confuse people. Maybe next I could be Beauzosmom or something.

Mine is after my childhood dog collie/samoyid(sp?). She was the best behave and most tolerant dog I have ever seen...Whenever you saw me she wasn't far behind. When you think of kids and their dogs, I fit that picture to a T. I truely believe she was protector.

I don't know. I've sent Chazhound & the mods my request, but they didn't really give me a clear answer why they cannot change it for me, they just don't.

It's okay, though, because I'm sure everyone here knows I have little Muffin in addition to the original M&M, Mocha & Missy, so it really doesn't matter.

Boston Banker: Great pic and he looked wonderful for 30! I'd hoped Rocket would make into his 30s (he would have been 31 this month), but his heart gave out a couple months shy of his 27th birthday.

Snark is the name I had on another forum (from Lewis Carroll's nonsense poem, The Hunting of the Snark) and I have a hard enough time keeping things straight without having a bunch of different usernames for the different forums I'm on...
