and with todays technology we can finally reproduce the mayan pyramids. the stones were cut so presicely that our lasers come close to the accuracy. just think how many druids it would have taken to build stone henge, the easter island stuff, cahokia mounds, egyptian pyramids, etc. and the romans claimed distant travelers taught them how to build roads, aqua ducts etc. no previous civilization we know of had aqua ducts before rome did. plato had a map (supposedly got it from Atlantis) which showed Atlantis, and Antarctica. this was before anyone (according to known records) had found antarctica, and whats more...platos map showed antarctica as we only discovered it in the last 50 years with siezmology and satallites. showed the antarctica that is beneath the ice flows, the actual land, with mountains, rivers, trees. we have found petrified/fossilized trees showing that way before man evolved there were forests, and rivers where platos map showed them, precisely where his map showed them (as for rivers we found the ancient river beds beneath ice with satellites etc within 10 feet of their locations on his map). that shows that either humans evolved way before archeologists say we did, or aliens have been coming here for millions of years, or both. this is going to sound very sci-fi but there is a tv show on sci-fi channel called Stargate Atlantis, in this show they find the city of atlantis on another planet. the city floats on the ocean and can be submerged. they also discover that it is not only a city, but a space station that can travel through space.
perhaps the real atlantis was a space ship, or a floating city built by aliens. that would explain why it has never been located and why so many civilizations claim to have known of it and visited it, and claim it to have existed in different areas. and then when the aliens left for whatever reason they either flew it away, or dismanteled it and took it away.
also they say that ancient egyptians, mayans, phoenecians, greek, romans etc didnt have ships capable of crossin the oceans and that the vikings first discovered north america. yet tobacco, coffee, and cocaine only grew naturally in the americas and egyptian mummies have cocaine, caffiene, and tobacco in there bodies. and they found a egyptian scepter or crown or something in a mayan temple.
