You will have it no later than 11/8 but it will probably be sooner than that.

ETA: Everybody from this point up should have their PM with the form link in it!! Please, if you've gotten the form and haven't yet, but still want to play, fill it out as soon as you can.
Remember you must have the form filled in by the deadline of midnight TOMORROW!! I'll probably be up and online tomorrow night until the wee hours of the morning so there shouldn't be any problems getting anybody the form link in plenty of time for the deadline.
