I love the happy and life is grand attitude they seem to have (I've only had my Traveler but most other Koolie owners I speak to say a lot of the same things). I really really like happy dogs. I love that kind of upbeat, gung-ho way they take life and the confidence they do it with.
I know exactly what you mean. This describes Squash (he also has a dash of being insufferably pleased with himself at all times but hey no one is perfect) just about to a T. That happy mood is so infectious to be around and it's nice to laugh constantly, even when he is being naughty it is in such a ridiculously clownish, happy way that it's hard to get mad.

Guess Squash's daddy must have been a Koolie. :p

It seems strange, Linds, even to me, that I can see some similarities in Travelers' outlook on life to Boone's, from your and Jess' descriptions of them both!
I think booth Boone and Traveler are good examples of their owners. Both similar in a lot of ways but different in ways that compliment eachother.

Very cute! More importantly, I hope that they develop into the personalities that you want!
If she has a quarter of the personality Traveler does then we'll be completely set!

Of course he was a Koolie!

But seriously, it really does just make your entire days seem better and lighter when you have a dog that just is always making you life. It's perfect.

Solid ones look awesome. Just amazing.

Lava

Toolalla Spryte

Neither are my pictures!

And I'm leaning towards the name Didgie, short for Didgeridoo.

Haha, we were talking about this today. And we agree! They are similar in a lot of ways. But like Linds said, they are also different in a lot of ways. Complementary personalities as opposed to matching. Trav is much more like Linds, and Boone is much more like me. They say dogs take after their owners.... *hides Raja from view* I guess that's true!

I'm still madly in love with Spryte.

I'm leaning towards the name Bazinga, Zing or Zinga for short. Actually husband will not let me name her anything but Bazinga. I'll bring up a different name and he will just say "nope, her name is Bazinga."

I adore solids. I wanted to cry when there wasn't one for me. And I really really love red solids. Lava is pretty much my ideal looking Koolie.

And I still think Zinga and Zoom are amazing. Though Wallaby is amazing too :D
