Breeder's webpage said if I don't receive a response in 48 hours, email again. So I did.

It's been 9 days. Woe.

I wonder if maybe they're at a show or something? Do they have a Facebook page that they regularly update?

Boo, Lincoln has giardia :( :( the good thing? is its not something horrible like a pancreatic deficiency, the bad news? is he is on panacur for 7 days, 6 ML and he HATES it and bucks and fights like a wild horse when its time to give it to him. :( I hate doing it to him, can 7 days be over, yet? :(
If one dog has it odds are your others have it as well. And you should be able to get Pancur in granules/powder that you can just mix with wet food, may be a little easier than what you're using.

It's certainly possible. They don't have a FB page for their dogs, but they do have one for their dog-related side business. It hasn't been updated in a month. I'm a little concerned.

Although, since I started stalking them they HAVE updated their website to say one of their bitches is pregnant. So they're active, just... maybe busy with litter prep? I don't know. I'm sure it's a good reason, I'm just antsy.

Gimmick saw a carpenter bee while I was holding him today. Anyone else had their dog use their boobs as a springboard for a leap? Bruises galore

Went to PetSmart to look for fish oil for Auggie after everything human grade at Target was way too high of a dosage. Found something that was the right dosage but balls was it expensive! Bought it anyway because Auggie.

Also found a little elephant toy and bought it for Dagger Baby because, uhhhhh well I was there and I was buying stuff anyway so...

Then came home and found some fish oil on Amazon waaaay cheaper. So now I'm taking the other stuff back to PetSmart. So... the only thing I bought was a toy for a dog who isn't even conceived yet. *facepalm*

Our other dog named isn't showing any symptoms, in fact, I had to add oil to her food because she was a tad constipated lol. But I can pick up panacur from our local feed store, NP, she is easy to give medicine to.

The vet prescribed the liquid ... though I might look for the granules and have them on hand, should this ever happen again.

#1- I love my Howling Dog Alaska gear- I have their trekking belt, tough skin harness, and bungee line. That's what I use for canicross. Roxie crabs slightly, and when she's pulling into her tough skin harness, she doesn't. Which was a reason I got that harness- they were supposed to help stop crabbing. It took a while though for me to stop putting Roxie's head in the wrong hole, lol!

#2 - Holy crap do not let me go over a month before washing Roxie. SO MUCH DIRT came off of her, lol. I had no idea she was that dirty.

Also, got a bottle of Earthbath orange peel oil shampoo and their creme conditioner- used that tonight and LOVE it. I mean, I loved my oatmeal and aloe shampoo from PetMeds, but Earthbath is so awesome, too. That orange peel oil smell is to die for. I also got some Earthbath wipes- mango tango- for after-hike cleaning, and quite like that as well.

Anyways, I am very pleased with the Earthbath stuff. I reckon that Roxie's white markings are even whiter than they have been when using the PetMeds shampoo, to be honest. However, her brindle markings are a lot lighter, too... which I dislike. I am so tired, so I'm sorry for rambling, lol.

We were at the Canadian Pet Expo Friday-Sunday.

On Friday the speakers glitched out and were super loud (like hurting MY ears loud) and crackly. Rigby shut down and tried to run off the stage.

On Saturday she was gimpy and couldn't be in the show. Luckily she was able to get a chiropractic adjustment while we were there.

Today, I left her at home.

She's not my up and coming sport dog, like I had hoped she would be. And I am okay with that. She lets me squish her and she keeps me warm at night. And sometimes, that's all I need.

Oh man. I am not one to get puppy fever, but boy do I have it now.

Leo and I have never really been around a lot of puppies, but today he met a 12 week pitbull.

He was THE SWEETEST! He played so nicely with this puppy. Super gentle and appropriate, and letting the puppy crawl all over him. Basically, playing completely differently from the way he usually would.

He made me want a puppy bad! I've always known that I want to eventually add a female border collie, but now that I know that Leo would do so well with a puppy just makes me want one so much more.

I let Squash and Toast out in the backyard to play for a bit, maybe 15-20 minutes. And Squash came in dirty gray from head to toe. wtf?
