Re: Snow, I'm with you Dober. I sold a home in Florida and opted to stay here. I could have moved for full year life there at any time, but the thought of sweating my brains out all year round was enough to drive me off. I also find the flat land down there very boring, as opposed to hills, mountains, and many many trees with leaves turning colors. I complain about winter, but overall I would prefer it to the same old same old every day. The one thing that bothers me is gardening. I love it and want to do it all year round. But then that's why they invented greenhouses I guess.
I also admit that no self respecting poisonous snake, no alligator and no canal rat in his right mind would hang out where i live, and that's just FINE with me.
