i havn't seen a lot of weird pets, but i want a few. I desperatly would love a pet cow. And i plan on doing a lot of marsupial rescue once i can, so i'll have possums, wallabies, roo's, maybe bilby's or koalas.

We did have a pet wallaby for a while, someone found her as a little joey and we ended up havin her, she almost died once but we managed to save her, we eventually gave her to someoen that did a lot of wallaby rescue because we had to take her EVERY where (shops, cafe's, work etc) and we wanted her to be able to be released back into the wild, her name was sheila.

guineas drive me crazy! There were some on the farm I used to work with the horses at... I think they liked to come up behind me and make that crazy noise they make  LOL

The latest crazy around here (that I've seen) has got to be desented skunks...

Skunk....

My uncle had Guinea Fowl, but they were supposed to eat the bugs, not play with people. They, unfortunately, did not see cars as a problem!

A friend and I want a zoo... she's going to do the mega petting zoo, and I'm in charge of the exotics, once one of us wins the lottery!

Personally, I want a Snapping Turtle and a Cheetah (what, there are export permits!)

I have a husband as a pet, does that count as exotic? He's housebroken and obedience trained (for the most part), I tried to take him to a show but he's doesn't have any papers.

ct is pretty strict with its exotics laws so the most unusual "pets" round here are hedgehogs, prairy dogs and sugargliders, none of whihc i consider all that weird, but the hedgepiggies are cute!

if i could have ANY i would have a fennec fox, simply because there alot like a chihuahua in personality only a little more hyper/insane and add a touch of cat like behaviour, there puppyline forever, and of all the foxes they make the best "companions"
i do wildlife rehab and have a red fox that has adopted me, he lives in our yard, but hes an outdoor WILD animal (foxes especially reds are STINKY!!!)

i tink the most interesting "pet" i ever saw was someone with an ardvarrk...now that was an interesting critter.
