Much better picture that second one. Can definitely tell it's just the decomposition of the skull and not a beak from that angle. Wonder what ripped the nose off though?

FYI, sea turtles do not have teeth.

I read about the conclusion being that it's a raccoon, but everythign I've read so far has been so silly, I can't decide if I'm reading something legit or if it's just more rumours.

Interesting though...

Hmm, funnily enough, I was recently monster-hunting in Montauk (no, I'm not kidding).

The government used to have a huge camp there which was shut down because of illegal activity...they basically were torturing soldiers to figure out how to do mind control and telepathy and whatnot. There's an urban legend saying a portal was opened to another dimension and monsters escaped.

Anyway, my guess is a turtle without it's shell...but it appears to have fur near it's neck?!? And I think if it was a turtle it'd be pretty easy to identify...

It is very, very catlike, except for the feet. The "beak" is just the front of the skull that is missing skin. It could be a cat with some sort of deformed feet or something.

It looks very much like a dead racoon.
The teeth position, the feet all those things line up very nicely to be a dead/rotting racoon.

Definitely not a turtle. Turtles are completely attached to their shells. If the shell is removed you go right to internal organs, no matter what cartoons try to portray...their ribs are fused into the shell as well...so no magical turtle without a shell would look that together.

Until the recent picture I was thinking bloated pig.

The recent chupacabra have all tested as dogs, or at best dog-coyote hybrids, most likely with severe mange...even though their finders would like to insist they're something else...

oh my... i cant wait until they figure out what it really is.. I see both dog and raccoon. I originally thought sea turtle missing it's shell, but in some of the pics in the later links I swear you can see some hair... unless thats a moss or fungi of some sort growing on it...
