Spirit, it's not about us wanting you to post or not. It's about what you post. And the fact that you are more worried about when you can start posting and that you're not getting the things I need is astounding.

What we can't understand is how you can so nonchalantly speak of animals and let them live lives that are less that mediocre. You have weaved these tales of yours and we do not know what to believe. You accuse us of not believing you but what are we to believe? You say one thing one day and another thing another day... it would appear that we are just as confused and lost as you are.

One lesson, that I would hope all regular members, has learned by now is that this is a forum of passionate people. We are passionate about our lives, our cats, our dogs, our fish, our rats, etc.. We go above and beyond for these furry creatures as they have nestled into our very souls. When we read threads and stories about animals in bad situations, in less than savory circumstances, it stings. And then when we try to do something and we get shut down, it burns and and the heart aches.

What do chazzers want? The truth. We want to know what is going on. We want to know if there really are 8 kittens and two mama cats to go to bat for. We want to know if we're fighting a real battle here or if we're puling out our heartstrings for nothing.

To be completely honest, I'm surprised that you've been so responsive to me via PM, but it doesn't mean I am sure of the circumstances and what is going on.

*I* am offering to help. I need pictures of your cats, this does not take long. I need to know how many males and how many females. I need to know if they have been taken to the vet at all. I need to know these things so that when I call the rescue, I know what I'm talking about and when I have someone go pick up the cats, they know exactly what they should expect. This is the information I need from you. The ball is in your proverbial court.

It isn't, believe it or not, I know I did wrong. VERY WRONG. I just don't want it on my mind completely, I will have nightmares. I have nightmares, every single day about Hershey, and his chain. And, it WILL haunt me. But.. Don't bite me. This is a result of someone buying a pet, that NO ONE knew about, or wanted. And I of all of us, should have known better. I did make sure she had food/water everyday. I got on Bruce's but about it. Because it was his ferret, but thats NO excuse. I know. And you guys taught me a valuable lesson. A very valuable one. And, I had NO excuse to leave that poor ferret, or say that about her. Or any of that, or even think it. But, I'm here to learn, and never forget.

Nikki, once again, a great, thoughtful post. I guess what many of us don't understand is how you can know your animals need help and need better care, but how instead of working on getting money to take care of them you have been complaining about their lives on Chaz instead. To be frank, I was appalled when Nicole posted this wonderful gesture and told you what she needed and you said you apologize in advance you'd be busy.
I mean, why aren't you taking pics right now? (I mean, I know you have beeing PMing so I'm not completely sure if you have, but I'm genuinely curious why you didn't do it right away.)

We are not un comfortable as long as you are true. You need to just get in and learn from mistakes and be truthful. No whining about your life and not doing anything to change it. No more putting important and serious things off and most importantly never and I do mean never let any animal suffer. I don't care about what your mental state is when it comes to animals. If you really can allow an animal to suffer then you need to give them all up and not own any. JMO. Homeless people who are in the deepest despair will still put their pets needs before their own. You have no excuse because you are given the means to stop the abuse both to yourself and your animals. You need to take it. We don't hate and we are very forgiving if you can get yourself to stop doing what we are all telling you. We are all animal lovers here and I highly doubt you will find anyone who is not forgiving if you change. To not feed an animal or get unwanted ones care is just wrong. Contact BP and take care of the cats and get rid of the ferret there are ferret rescues. These are super smart fun loving little animals but no food can kill them in a very short time. They need special diets to maintain their health as well. Many suffer adreanal problems and diet is the most important. Spirit I think you need to have a talk with your self and evaluate what your life is and where it is going. We have not turned our backs on you yet and wont unless you continue to do nothing.

I have pictures, of the 3 orange babies, but they are on the camera. And my mom won't let me have the camera right now. (my camera isn't very good quality, it needs light to take pictures) I wish I could pull my hair out, or bang my head on something, because I ask such stupid questions. And thats the last thing I'm worried about right now.

I'm a slow typer, but BP, is already contacted. And I'm still contacting her, I need to get her the picture of Mika. And I'm going to do the best I can, to give these animals what is right. Cause I do care, I just need to do it, instead of talking about it.

Instead of worrying about posting, you NEED to be worried about getting the info and pics of the cats to Nicole ASAP....

So many people have put themselves on the spot for you and yet you can't find the time to take pictures or give anyone any info...

If you do want whats best for those cats, you need to quit posting and PMing for a few minutes and take those pics and give Nicole the info she needs....
