So, what's everyone else using for birth control?

Usually the pill (Ortho Lo) but more recently just condoms, and maybe next month nothing :)

Currently: condoms.

I haven't been on birth control in 2 years. I tried several different types of pills all with terrible results (mood swings, long, heavy, painful periods and cramps, skin issues, etc.) and settled on Nuvaring. I loved it, but it got too expensive without a health plan.

I'm getting ready to start using Ortho-Novum. I'm not really excited about birth control, but I have some health issues my doctor thinks we should take care of before we start having babies... I react to just about every single pill I've tried so this should be interesting.

Sprintec, which is a generic monophasic pill. It's working GREAT! No more cramps, my sex drive is still essentially normal, my PMS mood swings are minimal again...I am just beyond thrilled. After the whole "massive depression/no sex drive/giant mood swings" debacle I went through with my last pill...yeah. I'm freaking stoked at how this is working.

And condoms.

The first time around was condoms and spermicide. That did NOT work, despite following directions to a T.

The second time around was the progestin only pill (Jolivette). It worked wonderfully, with no bad side affects or anything for three years. Until last month. Now we've got a second child on the way.

Once we decide were done having children for good, BOTH of us are getting our tubes tied. :rofl1:

Currently gestating a kid for the next 8 days or so. Prior to that I was on Ovcon 50, and I'll be going back to it as soon as possible:)

Condoms. That's it. We use plan B if the condom breaks or comes off, but we've had that happen, like, once in five years.

I was on depo for a few months, and that was all we used then, but it killed my sex drive, like, literally ZERO sex drive, and I've been off it since JULY, and it's JUST now starting to come back to normal.

I'm NOT wanting kids, ever, so as soon as we're 25 (recommended age for a male neuter, lawl) Steven is getting a vascectomy.

Levlen atm but my social life has died therefore my sex life has died and I don't know why I'm bothering. I'll just tell myself it helps my skin and stay on it just incase I ever actually do get to have sex again.
