Yes sadly I cant get rid of it!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have tried it ALL!!
Diet Pills
Not eating
200 sit ups a day for 2 months
I am about to take a knif to it!
How do I get rid of it!
Its not like I can drop that much more weight!!
Im already at 98lbs and I dont want to go under 90..
Which I have been there and I still have it!!
Anything I can do!?!
When I put some nice fitted shirts on I look good everywhere else but my pooch and I feel like that is what everyone is staring at!
I try and eat only about 500 calories a day and it wont work!!!!
HOW DO I GET RID OF THIS HIDEIOUS THING ON MY BODY!?!

The only way to get rid of that awful blurb is to do more sit-ups.

My boy is 3 years old now and I still have mine, and I do sit-ups daily!

Hmm...I have to idea about the pooch, but maybe some other ab exercises than sit ups? I think mixing it up would be good...

you need more than sit-ups. any way you can get to a gym? it takes the whole package of working out. it is also stretched skin sometimes and may just take awhile. just keep exercising...but do NOT starve yourself. ask Renee about weight training. muscle burns calories, not starving. and..gets that shape in check. :)

Sit ups don't work the lower abdominal muscles. They are, in fact a poor way to work the abs period. Crunches for the upper and mid; leg lifts for the lower.

I dont starve myself..
Well sometimes I feel like I do
I like to call it shrinking my stomach slowly while keeping up my metabolism by staying active..
The pains go away after awhile..

Get rid of all the refined sugars and simple carbs in your diet. Also, if you drop your caloric intake too low, your body will drop its metabolic rate - it's a survival trait and you've got to take that into account and work with it.

Start loving your body as it is, and accepting it as part of you...

It's not a THING it's YOUR flesh.

If you want to get rid of it you have to really work at it... it's really that simple... And start swimming.

First off...how tall are you???

2nd off, none of your methods SHOULD have worked, because they are ALL the wrong way to lose a pooch. You can do ab exercises 24/7, and you will NEVER get rid of it. You absolutely MUST do Cardio. All ab exercises do is define your muscle, they dont get rid of fat.

It doesnt sound like your diet is too healthy either....you need to be eating probably at least 1500 cals a day...any less, and you better believe your body will hold onto that pooch. It needs it.

I would recommend getting your body fat percentage checked out. Women should have a much higher body fat than men...IIRC, women BODY BUILDERS have a BF% of 10%...that is like the minimum. A healthy body fat for women, ESPECIALLY when women are carrying the weight around their midsection and below is linked with lower rates of certain cancers (i forget which ones).

And most importantly....listen to Dizzy's FANTASTIC advice about loving your body :)

Congratulations, you had a kid. Your body is NEVER going to be the same as it was pre-pregnancy. You can get close, but unless you have an entire day and a personal trainer to help you, you will probably always have a little pooch. Concentrate at staying at a HEALTHY weight, eat a better variety of foods and start exercising some will power along with the rest of you.

A good place to start is with a Pilates CD. I know it's trendy right now, but it works on a theory of exercise that's worked for dancers and athletes for many, many years.

Those work on your inner and outer thighs. The kind that work your lower abs are the ones where you are on the floor on your back, with your legs out in front of you, slightly bent at the knee to relieve pressure on your lower back. Slide your hands, palms down, just underneath your butt - also to relieve pressure on your lower back, and lift your legs slowly up from the floor. They don't need to come up very high - six inches is fine; keep it less than a foot. You'll feel it in those hard to work lower ab muscles.

You may need to start out by doing it one leg at a time, with the resting leg bent, knee up. You can also do them sitting on the edge of a chair, holding on to the seat with your hands behind you.

And don't forget to stretch those ab muscles before and after you work them! Makes the workout that much more effective, and you know that stretching before reduces your chances of injury. But never, ever force a stretch. Gently, gently . . .

Thank you, that is a very good explanation :hail: Now I have a ways to go, but I am going to try that, along with my elliptical that I have (which I should add, have had for almost two years and it's still pretty new  ) But yeah, I definitely want something to get rid of my extra tummy...3 babies later, I know I can't expect it to come off too easy, :lol-sign:
