I would have sued the crap out of those people. Now you've got "scarred up fighting dogs" from the ordeal. Its always outrageous when others feel like they know your dog better than you yourself do. I don't even like it when the vet takes my dog in back to draw blood, so I'd probably lose my mind if I had to board. (Even though I consider it generally preferable to boarding with friends. I used to assume that a kennel would be responsible and insured. Maybe I should rethink that.)
