Hey everyone. I am just letting you know that I am officially leaving this forum. I am sick of the beating people take for absolutely nothing. I am sick of wondering whether I should or shouldn't post something here because people might jump down my throat for something that they see as wrong or whatever.

I left this forum once before and did come back because there is some really great information here. Unfortunately the constant fear of being attacked is not worth the information.

I have seen too many people be picked to pieces lately.

But WHY let those types of people make you feel like you have to leave? I have noticed it to but it doesn't seem like anyone does much about it. I don't want you to go........Why don't you PM one of the mods instead of waging your own war and leaving Chaz? It's not the answer! Plus I will miss seeing your babies..................

I agree with you. I see this by a lot of people, it disturbs me pretty often how people react to others on here. There's times I get so fed up with this place that I feel like leaving, but then I'd have to leave the people I've made friends with.

I really wish you would stay, but I completely understand how you feel and your need to leave! Take care!

Really. We can't all think and express ourselves the same way. I don't want to be like the next poster, I want to be like me. Everyone's panties are in a wad because people don't view things the way they do. What kind of life would that be? What if everyone agreed with everyone else and there was no opinions and there was no individuality? That would be one scary place to live in...

Anways, I've been blasted myself on this forum quite a few times. I stick around because this the best place for dog lovers to be. We all share one thing and that is for love of dog and everything it entails- we just don't all view it the same- but it's still love. I wouldn't want to be anywhere else.

As with people you love, there are times when you can't stand them, but I personally wouldn't leave them because of a few clashes of opinion. Life is all about opinion, everyone has them, and they arn't always the same. I've argued with some in one thread, and then talked to them like best friends in another!

Hope you'll reconsider .. if everyone had the same opinions in this world it sure would be a dull place ! One has to realize the tremendous age span here . Some need to grow ....some have to back off and hear new opinions . When people disagree with me , I appreciate knowing why . We're never too old to learn . Only need to express opinions in a way not to hurt others .

I don't think the problem is different opinions. I think it's how people choose to express their opinions.

Personally, I'd just ignore the jerks! Or people when they choose it's ok to be p!ssy.

I felt like leaving once, but instead, I stood up for myself and "they" finally left me alone. Some people just don't realize that not everyone has the same opinions that they do. And just because you don't do things their way it doesn't mean that they are right and you are wrong.
Do what you want to do with your dogs, feed them whatever you want, buy them from whoever the heck you want to buy them from, etc.... it's your own business. If someone doesn't like it, instead of bashing you, they can just ignore the post. If only it worked that way, lol.
All I'm trying to say is, you have just as much right to be here as anyone else, so don't let "them" drive you away!

awww, sweetie, don't leave. listen...on EVERY forum on the net there are those that have strong opinions that some of us don't like. so what...right?! no biggie. and sometimes it's just darn interesting to 'hear' everyone's different views on a subject. sure..maybe that entails hearing things we don't agree with, but that's ok. it's a big, wonderful world...with so many different ideas and opinions out there. it IS what makes life ...well...interesting! there will ALWAYS be some bashing..or what we perceive as bashing if a topic is 'hot'. but...it isn't something to get all distraught about ..now, is it? we love your posts, so please just step back...deep breath....and stick around.

Just take a short break.

I find when I get weary of reading what seems to be bashing, I either quit reading the thread that's annoying me or I do something other than Chazhound for a few days. It's good to get a few other things done!! Amazing what can be done if you're not logged on all the time!! Then, when I come back, I'm in a different frame of mind and enjoy myself again.

and remember to read posts with an open mind. ever think that you read a post and then perceive it as per your mood? the written word...we say it over and over...it is so open to personal interpretation. say I'm in a BAD mood....I read a post, and WHAM...I see only insult in it. now....say I'm in a GREAT mood.......same post may seem a tad different, but I don't think a thing of it. understand? but no matter...it's still just ok to be different and post your thoughts.
