I like that one! Ditto Renee, wait for Beowulf if you haven't read it already. That one caused me some serious pain.

You need to read a good, annotated version of it that will help you with some of the antiquated verbiage.

There's a good dictionary for that kind of thing online. If I can remember where it is :eek:

I loved Oedipus Rex! Granted, I usually liked everything everyone else in my English classes hated. The only assigned books I couldn't stand were anything by Charles Dickens (except A Tale of Two Cities) and A Prayer for Owen Meany, which everyone else in my class loved.

I picked up Beowulf not long ago considering it - now I'm wondering if I should give it a go.
