Stopped all drinks except water. Which was a long time coming, I got used to juice in the morning and have gotten used to

Keep it up! About halfway through October!

I have 5 more days left in the 30 day shred, and then I'll be starting Ripped in 30, and sometime in late October I'm going to be doing the 90 day challenge as well.

Got a new scale today, only a +0.6lb difference (yay?) and now I can track my body fat %, body water % and also the more decimal points.

And another highlight of today was buying new pants, I'm now in 18/20 (depending on brand) sized jeans. WOOT!

Don't know if we are supposed to ONLY weigh in on Monday's or it doesn't matter..........but I'm down another pound today, so that makes down 2 so far for October :)

2 lbs for 13 days doesn't seem so good, but I keep telling myself DOWN is better than NEUTRAL, or banish the thought.....UP :eek: LOL So I'll take it!

That's awesome Coop!! Better 2 lbs in 13 days than my 2 lbs in a month, though not for lack of trying. **** plateau, but I think I'm finally through it.

Minus 2.5 lbs this week and down 0.25 inches, probably from not being able to run due to rain. So excited, the scale hasn't shown a loss in almost a month!!!

Measured again today... down another 4 inches. The only thing I've added is removing wallpaper from the kitchen and the Slim in 6 workout.

Good luck on the Ripped in 30 Oak!

Grats on getting over that hump MericoX.......it's discouraging and difficult when you hit a plateau. And grats on the 2.5 lbs AND 4 more inches! Awesome!

I am down another pound.....it's acutally 1 point something........but I'm just going to call it at 1, so that makes 3 so far in 20 days. :) Chugging along, I think I'll make the 5 goal!

I failed!!!!! Eaten like a pig. In fairness, I've had good reason to stress eat, but its still annoying!! Weigh in tonight....

I'm waiting till Sunday to weigh myself. I've made a mental pact with myself to ONLY weigh in on Wednesdays and Sundays........so far, I'm sticking to it :) So tomorrow, here I come! :D

my 21st birthday weekend was a binge fest. So I just feel generally gross and disgusting these days
I'm up to 130. I record high for me.
I am trying to NOT focus on it..because I will get obsessive and go down a very destructive path.

I'm doing everything I can to be healthy and stepping forward. I DO NOT need to punish myself for putting on weight. I just moved, new school stress, this is normal right?

Not October.. but I'm 158.5 down from my summer 'high' of 165 from not caring June till mid Octoberish.

I wasn't fat persay, but things started happening to by body that I didn't like since turning 30 back in sept (pants not fitting like they used to... In my 20's I was a 4 ... Now I m a 10 :( ) , so I watched an insanity infomercial & watchd some vids on you tube & got enough of a jest of it to make my own excersise regimen out of it & it worked! I'm still a 10 but its a "fit 10" now & it keeps getting better :)

Kudos to Everyone who has stuck with their plan, way to go!!!!' :grin:

Down to 4.4 pounds lost and 4 inches so far... and haven't done anything workout wise other than painting the kitchen.

Luckily 4 days a week I have a pretty active job, I also have 4 dogs at home that keep me moving. I have to work out or I don't lose anything or get the "look" that I want, I have always been a big hipped girl anyway & my weight tends to go to my thighs & lower stomach. I also take these pills with aloe & cactus With mega t green tea pills (wih hoodia in the box make sure u get the box not the bottle the ones in the bottle don't work) here is some info on what I take it works for me & they are all natural & pretty safe.
