Since the last thread died in July I figured a new start for a new month would be the best thing. Who wants to set a goal to lose 5 lbs in October? Not too high of a goal, and just about achievable for everyone. I reached my goal for September of 5 lb.. and overachieved by losing 6 pounds. I'm also doing c25k and just finished W5D2 and will be modifying the rest of it with some help from Mafia. I've lost 10.5 inches this month alone, and I'm ready to lose another 10.5+ next month!
