You and Lucas are both in my thoughts. I'm so sorry either of you has to go through this. Hopefully things will pan out for an MRI thanks to the help of others on here; it may bring you some comfort to have a definite answer so you don't have to second guess yourself.

Despite all this, Lucas is an awfully lucky guy to have you looking out for him.

Thanks guys!!! Lucas is ok today, I'm gonna take him for a walk to the park cause he seems a bit depressed. Maybe it will cheer him up a bit. :)

We were going to try that before but they wanted half at the visit and the other half before we left and it was still way over $1000. :(

Thanks grammy!

Thanks Elegy! :)

Lucas was happy to have a walk, but it was short cause it's so freaking hot outside and sun doesn't help. He's resting now. :)

Which one was cheaper though? What are the specs of each? Which do you feel most comfortable with?
I asked for an approximate price and they said "over $1000" and that the price would change depending on the specifics.

I haven't met any of the actual vets or anything, but just from the look of the places, the docs they have, the experience it says on their websites I like the place Otch recommended the best! They seem like they have a lot of experience with these things!

I can give you a link if you want to their website?

It's not necessary, but sure. :)

We'll get it all figured out.

I think it's wise to take this certain discussion to PM now... are you going to be on for a little bit?
