how about crossing arms? Like they're laying down, you say your desired command, they cross their arms. Kind of like a sign of respect =)

lol i forgot they were so big! i geuss that would be kind of funny to watch actually!
Anyway, play dead isn't very hard, just takes alot of practice. You can also teach "say your prayers" where they stand up against something with their head between their paws.

Yes I would like to teach Teddy how to play dead that would be very cute. he already knows the head down command when he is lying down and i say head down he has to put his chin on the floor lol. I guess i could go from there lol.

That's a good one too! Lucas does that alot when just resting, but chloe barely does it, but it would still be a cute trick!

Now instead of not having a trick to teach I have too many good ones that I can't decide between and need to figure out which one to teach first! LOL

I think Lucas I will try play dead cause he is doing Awesome on heel and Chloe I'm working on bow, but I think she'll get that soon......thanks everyone for all the tricks!

Haha yeah, this thread is helpful. I'm teaching my pup head down now. He's getting it somewhat , heh. But he just snatched a treat outta my hand when I was trying to get him to do 'head down' =o

haha I taught teddy how to bow today :D It's not perfect yet I still have to put the treat near the floor but he is getting it lol I don't have to put the treat right ON the floor anymore. The only problem I had while teaching him this trick was i would give the command and hold the treat between his feet so he would start to bow down but then his bum kept going down lol I just had to react much quicker than I had been lol I basically had to just give him the treat while his front end was on the way down haha but its looking good now :D
