well, some of those we cant use, for instance cleo because of the annoying psychic info-mercial lady with the jamaican accent (maybe she just advertises in the US), and Dixie because I had a JRT named Dixie. it will probably be Rorey. name some australian places/people/things, maybe we could shorten them and make them sound girly??? all we could come up with is brisbane, melbourne, bindi, terri (last 2 from steve irwins wife and daughter of course). so far the best we've come up with (wife likes it best) is rorey, but we'd like something aussie for her.

Hey man, sorry for my late reply, but, very nice ACD, how neat.

I had a chance to get a male about 1 year ago, I turned it down. I kick my self for it today after seeing how the dog turned out. I still have one on my list, I think there great dogs.

Good luck, good find and great pup.

Dave.

And there is always Matilda - Tildie or Tilda for short - for the way she is waltzing into your hearts . . . and waltzes right up to Strider, lol!

You're going to have all sorts of fun watching the antics of two herding dogs trying to get one up on each other - believe me, they can do some hysterical things to each other, but they take such good care of each other too. A good German Shepherd especially just can't resist playing the guardian to the new pup.

the only time he gets fed up with her is when he tries to scruff her (grab the scruff of her neck) to let her know shes too rough...she gets really mad and attacks his mouth when he tries. but he also gets upset if he cant see her. and she got really mad at me when I told him "NO!!!" she growled a little bit so I had to tell her no too. we plaid in the kiddy pool today, stupid me forgot the camera but it will be a regular thing now I guess, so we'll get pics next time.
I look at that site and have my wife look at it. think she is pretty fond of the name rorey though, so that might be it.

There was one at the barn adn it was very picky with the people it let around. Mymom used to help me feed the horses when the owner was out of town and she went after her every time. Maybe wasn't good on the dogs part but I loved seeing my mom run back to the car:)

Ohhh, she's cute! I almost got an ACD (which I'm sure my mom would have preferred b/c of the short hair). Keep us posted!
