Well, I haven't lost anymore weight since the last time I posted being down to 318.5 pounds. In fact... I'm a pound heavier now. I thought it was just fluctuation, but I've actually been more around 324 the past few days in a row. I'm thinking some of it must be muscle mass verses fat because I've been bench pressing my cat..lol. And my arms have been sooooo sore.. especially the back side of them, they've been burning like fire. The last time we weighed Cocoa he was around 17 pounds. That doesn't sound like much, but by the time I did 50 repetitions I was about to die.
I haven't measured myself lately, but I do believe I've lost some more inches... or at least it feels like I have when I put my clothes on. I'm really trying hard to lose some inches on my arms, that's why I do the "Kitty ups" LOL. He just lays there and lets me bench press him..lol.
I've still been eating good and exercising as much as I can force myself to do. I actually managed to walk 4000 steps at work the night before.. that's the most I've walked in one night at work... and I had to push myself to do it, but I did it. I got my blood pumping, that's for sure. I checked my blood pressure after I finished walking and it was 183/88 or something ridiculous like that. But, it came right back down after I sat down a few minutes.
I wanted to go out to eat and cheat a little tonight but I think I'll hold off since I'm technically a pound heavier now... even if it is muscle or just fluctuation.
