Me neither.. it keeps showing me to the photobucket home page. And, slightly off topic, Middie wedged himself between the chair and the wall and did a somersault to get out.

I have got a lot of good out of my little garden chair someone threw out. I don't know why they threw it out, i think it is just lovely, not a dent or scrape on it. Since i have no flash i have had lots of practice at using natural light. The one with the reflected light on Jory's face from the white morning glory is the best use of sunlight i think i have yet. I plan my pics, since i can't really afford to do this in the first place, complimentary colors, reflected colors, sometimes i fail, but this was a good roll. He was a lot of fun to photograph too. Cooperated more then his 7 year old sister did. The dog wrinkles was like the one i had for my son. Wrinkles is a puppet and i use to make him talk when AAron was the same age. He could have a nightmare or a bad cry and wrinkles could cheer him up so fast. I found this one at the thrifty store and it is as good as brand new. Been saving it until he was old enough. Got the sweater there for 2 dollars too, and when i put it on him Jory acted so pleased. Just the right weight, all cotton and soft as a cloud.

Smkie . . . . those are just, just ART. And what a subject :)

They are all amazing, but this one really stands out to me. You have captured so much in that one moment of film.

i am rather proud of that shot myself. I love my camera. I know what to do with it. Renee your camera just messed with my mind, i couldn't focus on what i wanted the focus in, it was baffling.

It takes a bit to get used to another instrument ;) I think, once you got to play with it for awhile, you'd like it. It will let you forget about all the mechanical work and just SEE what you want - quite literally a very good point-and-shoot piece of equipment. Or you can set it to manual and use it the same way you use yours. Or you can set it to do part of the "thinking" for you and let you concentrate on twiddling with what you want manually on another part.

Oh. I meant to tell you. I will bet that Zoom's Nikon digital camera has lens mounts that work the same way yours does, so she can probably show you how to change the lenses so you can use that ENVIABLE one you showed me :) I wish you'd showed it to me before we were all leaving so we could have sat down and gone over it. I'm almost sure I could show you how to do it on my camera.

I don't want it to point and shoot..i want to compose, test out, look and see what i am doing until i know exactly what i want. No thanks! Fine for maybe scenery, but not for wiggly children or animal photos.
