Ok I know not everyone celebrates Halloween, but I LOVE the holiday, and as such I like to come up with creative costumes.
So, let's hear some suggestions on costumes on here! For a little amusement and to add to the flair, I'll add my son's costume from last year.
I dubbed it "Dr. Death" make-up, etc was done by me. He wanted to be something scary, so I thought this was fitting.
So, let's help my boys be something really interesting again this year - we're going for the original costume award (we won last year) - I have a sewing machine so anything I can make a pattern for will work!
Things to keep in mind:
1. It's freaking cold here in October, so anything that will be big enough to stuff winter clothes under
2. Freedom of movement for small children (one being 2 years old, the other 5 years old - both are clumsy) and something they can wear regular tennis shoes with for comfort and accident prevention.
3. Original, vampires and ghosts are cool, but it's over-done.
So, people of Chazhound - INSPIRE ME!
