Neva with rose ears...

Jedi with rose ears, Jedi couldn't be shown as he was DQ'd for a blue eye

Beautiful dogs! I have a question, if you dont mind. Is'nt it true that only huskies have the one blue and one black eye?

I like the rose ears myself. Jedi is so cute! I love the blue eye. I wouldn't trade those eyes for the ability to show. ;)

I like blue eyes in Border Collies (and horses) as well. Although, there's more of a chance of them going blind in a blue eye. They say blue eyes "wear out" because their light colored. So, I breed for no blue eyes :(

As far as blue eyes, people with blue eyes or light colored eyes are more prone to sun damage in their eyes, as well. Time for the sunglasses!!!

You can always show in international shows. They are laid back, fun, and educational because the judge actually gives you a written critique of your dog, so you know where it is weak and where it is strong etc. Visit. I would at least try to show your dog at this type of show because it is fairly easy to aquire a championship and the majority of people are very kind along with the judges.
