Chocolate Pavlova!! Now we are talkin!!!!!

I’m not huge on desserts but Appelbee’s has one that is to die for. It’s an Apple Chimi-cheesecake which consists of apple cheesecake rolled up in a tortilla that has been deep fried then coated with cinnamon sugar places in a plate full of warm caramel and 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream. Mmmm! Worth the calories and lactose intolerance, which I have.
Found a picture of it...guess there's only one scoop of icecream.

I've had a recipe with chocolate pudding layered with a cream cheese mixture on a shortbread of chocolate crust. It's a good one. YUMMY!!

I found a recipe on line and it's called "Sex in a pan". It's layered chocolate and vanilla pudding, cream cheese on a yummy crust!

OMG! I have a similar dessert that we call "better than sex cake!" It's a caramel cake that you poke holes into, and fill the holes with butterscotch caramel topping. Then you spread it with whipped topping and crushed up Heath bars.

It's a tradition that my sister and I make it whenever one of our best friends comes home for Summer break from the Air Force Academy. We start out eating it like civilized people...but by the end hands just go straight into the pan.
