I know there's been a lot of debating around here but:

I think what he says is wonderful and highly refreshing, about power to the people and such. But Hilary pointed out in a debate how he stood for certain issues (like getting out of Iraq) and then once he had power, voted the opposite ways from which he's stood for (he voted to increase funding for the war). I think it's important to look at the candidates' voting histories more than their words.

No clue yet. I do echo the "anybody but Hilary" sentiment. I do normally vote Republican, but there are a few Republican candidates I'm not all that excited over... so... have to see how things unfold.

Really no one at this time will be able to turn things around .... it's really not up to one person anymore . There's too much political power on both sides who are after perks . I'm really glad I may not be around in ten years . It's you youngsters who HAVE to make changes for a true democratic country ... not the party , but what we stand for .

Yeah! True power is with the people. Politicians only have it when we don't use it. Reminds me of the movie "Network", the brilliant eruption of democracy scene. Awesome movie!
