Since this thread has a little bit of everything, i am now going to add a shameless plug for myself.

HEY SPARKS, I knit, I crochet, and I am darned good at it. If you can deal with my left handedness, I will be delighted to teach you either or both when I am at your house for that deer haunch i was promised........

Yeah, I think it does take a few days to get cleared... but that's waaaay better than when I joined. It was in closed beta then and it was MONTHS before I got in. XD

AWESOME. I will try my best to either do it left handed or learn to switch it over to my right hand. either way I would love to learn :D

and Of course that deer haunch has your name on it already.

Hannah is waiting :)

I am crocheting blankets for my babies too..... as they leave for college. It has been really nice. then when they are homesick they can snuggle up in them and remember that somewhere, there is someone whio loves them best of all.....

They have baby blankets from when they were real babies too.

I have a crochet'd blanket that my grandma made me too :D

she made them for all the grandgirls... well until her arthritis got so bad that she couldn't do it anymore. I was the last grandgirl to get one. so it's extra special

I really want to learn how to quilt because eventually I would like to make a quilt out of Hannahs old baby clothes... I am going to reuse some of them if we have another girl but special ones like places we visited and other ones that I just won't want to pass on. I will also want to make one for our other babies whenever they arrive. I want to make them for when they are older and then they can have them as a keepsake and wrap their babies in them. I just love that whole idea.

My mom crochets! She made me this American flag blanket years ago............we always take it to watch fireworks, but that is the only time of year it comes out.

I don't have a better pic of it all spread out, but this is Zac and Corey sitting on it eating their big fried potato flower thing at the fireworks this year.

EDIT: I did NOT mean to turn this thread back to the flag thing! ROFL........just a coincidence! hahahahaha

I knit with a loom. Pretty easy. I started a baby blanket for madison when I was prego. Still haven't finished because I am puzzled on how to finish it. How to take the thing off the loom. I should get a pic of it.

I didn't bother to read all 56 pages, but I could tell you this... if this ****tard would have refused to stand at my highschool, the other kids would have beaten his ass after school, and the teachers would have looked the other way. Rednecks love their country.

It's times like this that I'm disappointed that there's not still a draft.
