Srsly? Do one of two things. Do what you're told (and get used to it because you're gonna be told to do a lot of things in your life that you better do) and stand your stubborn ass up. Or Don't (and get used to being punished/penalized for not doing something you arent being given an option about.) Iether way coming here and complaining about it is the wrong thing to to...
If you made a conscious decision to be the anarchistic chaotic catalytic proponent of entropy and came here to say "you know what I made a stand and I was proud to sit out those 45 minutes" I would totally applaud you because you would be exsercising your natural rights as a human being and are PROUD to be who and what you are. YEA! **** Straight!
But as it is you disobeyed, and are slinking back here to bitch about being punished for it. You want your cake and to eat it too. Well nuts to that. You get to choose in your life whats important to you. So choose. Not being punished versus making a stand.
I don't deal well with whining, and that's what you're doing. Stand up straight (figuratively) and be proud of who you are, or becomes someone you're proud of. But the effort of getting out on your soap box to whine about the consequences of your own deliberate actions, makes my stomach lurch a little bit. Because its a slimy wormy way to live your life.
If you choose to put your McDonnalds coffee cup between your legs, you deserve to be burnt if you aren't careful. You don't deserve a million dollars. If you fall through the roof onto someones knife set while breaking into their home you deserve the wounds.
In this case you deserve your punishment. But take it like an adult. Either be proud of doing "the right thing" and don't complain, or correct yourself if you cant take the heat. This thinking that you are a) entitled to something, and b) were wronged in some way just wont do. This is the real world you're growing into, and everyone is right from their own point of view, from the Us troops to the terrorist regime. Everyones in the right from their perspective. If you want to be a grown up you need to look beyond your walled narrow world and grab the bull by the horns.
But for crying out loud. nobody likes a whiner.
