I like puppylover... she has always been nice to me and I have never had a problem with her....

But I must treat her like garbage because some people decide she hasn't been a productive member?

there have been quite a few members who I thought were nothing but whiners and yet their threads managed to stay civil...

perhaps it is because she brought up the faults of some of the members... I guess that hits a sore spot

And I KNOW she has made some perfectly fine threads in the past. and I also KNOW that some of the other members that have said they were leaving have made some controversial posts... so should all their posts be brought to the forefront to prove they don't deserve a decent goodbye?

Yes, her posts matter. That's what being a contributing member is. People have received time outs or been banned due to their posts.. so yes, they matter.

Respect is not about opinion thread content or posts it is about how you treat people who are in postions that should be respected. But alot of people demonstrate a lack of that kind of upbringing.
