A CANINE SULKY!!!!!

A friend of mine has one, and has offered it to me at NO charge. It is said to be damaged, but I am certain it is nothing that can't be fixed. I have access to anything needed to fix it, wire welders, regular welders, tubing benders, carpentry, seat padding, whatever.

So tomorrow I am ordering harness and etc, and in no time flat I am going to be RIDING behind my dogs!!!

so egggggcited!!!!

I didn't know what it was either, so I googled.....how cool is that?!!

Looks like fun, plus good exercise for the dogs.

THat is so cool. I would love to get one of those for Ajax. But they are so expensive. Can't wait to see pictures of your pups in action.

I miss carting with my rotties but alas till I get another draft breed I wont be doing it as I would never put that kind of strain on my gsd, who are not built for it with structure or gait.

Keep us updated on these. I have see quite a few Shepherds doing carting and ever since wanted to try it. Ajax I think would have a blast a it and he is super strong. He pulls a sled like there is nothing in it and is happy and wagging his tail the whole time. Maybe some day I will get the chance with him. But definately update us with pics on how your pups do.

Cool, Red. Feel free to bring it by here and hook Corvus up to it and let him pull you around town for a while. You'd probably get a speeding ticket. :rofl1:

Looks like the potential for loads of fun!

Cool red. Do you need a speed horse to go along with those draft horses you have. HEHE I would love to get Ivan into carting with the wagon. But I'm having a hard time figuring out how to convert a regular wagon into a wagon he can pull.

That's going to be awesome and something I really want to do with my future Rottie!

I wanted to get Virgo doing this before she blew out her knee too, but that's a forgone idea now.

Very cool. Now, will you have a string of trotters? Will they be called Standardbredrotties? Can't wait for pictures. Great find Red!
