Can someone tell me what the recomended weight limits are for dogs? For example, I weigh 100 pounds (no, really) and Ozzy weighs 35. Would it be safe for him to pull me around the block in something like that, or should I get Enzo (at 50 pounds right now) to do it (when she's older obviously) or what? This is all hypothetical since I DONT HAVE ONE. Also, are there lighter sulkys for different builds/breeds of dog?

And I demand pictures. :D Really though, can't wait to see!!!

Some websites say 55+ for an "adult." Being that your 50% of the average adult, you might be ok.

The main thing is to balance the 2 wheeled ones properly. If you managed to keep your weight centered, the only work the dog is doing is pulling, rather than holding you up. I'd think a sufficiently motivated dog could do it easily at 35lbs provided you don't uncenter yourself too much. You might not go as far though.

Almost all commerically available carts/sulkies, etc, have no weight on the shafts. You sit over the wheels so that there is no weight bearing down on the dog. :D

I agree with Psyfalcon on the weight, etc.

I am so excited about this. :D

I am going to get it early this morning. A report will be forthcoming. Photographic documentation is promised.

:D
